UNDECLARED SOY

Dr. Praeger's Sensible Foods
has recalled 950 cases of their Gluten Free California Veggie Burgers. The burgers may contain undeclared soy which could cause a serious or life threatening allergic reaction to those with soy sensitivities. DON'T DRINK THE WATER

Niagara Bottling
has issued a voluntary recall of their water due to a possible E. Coli contamination. The brands of water include Acadia, Acme, Big Y, Best Yet, 7-11, Niagara, Nature’s Place, Pricerite, Superchill, Morning Fresh, Shaw's, Shoprite, Western Beef Blue and Wegman’s. SALMONELLA RISK

Vitamin Cottage Natural Food Markets Inc. has recalled their Natural Grocers brand Macadamia Nuts as they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The company has received no reports of illness, but was notified of positive Salmonella findings in products sampled by the FDA. E.COLI RISK

Tyson Fresh Meats has recalled approximately 16,000 pounds of ground beef products due to possible E. Coli contamination. The products bear establishment number "EST. 245C" inside the USDA mark of inspection and a “best before or freeze by” date of June 5, 2015. No illnesses have been reported, but E. Coli was found in products during routine sampling. If you purchased this product, discard it! Contact the consumer hotline, at (866) 328-3156, for more information.
UNSAFE PACKAGING

Bariatric Fusion has recalled soft chews iron supplements as the packaging is not child-resistant. The chews contain iron, which could cause illness or death to young children if ingested. Falling furniture can cause a variety of injuries to children including bruises, broken bones, head injuries and death.
