Independence Day is one of the biggest summer moments for family deals, from free treats and restaurant specials to major retail markdowns on summer gear, appliances, grills, and tech. This year will be bigger and better than ever with America's 250th birthday — we're seeing lots of $2.50 deals!

- Krispy Kreme: Wear red, white, and blue on July 4 to get one free Original Glazed doughnut, no purchase necessary. From July 2-5, buy any regular-price dozen or 16-count Minis and get an Original Glazed dozen for $2.50 with code USA online or in the app.
- Lowe’s: MyLowe’s Rewards members can stop by participating stores on July 4 starting at 10 a.m. for a free Beach Toy Set, including a sand toy, shovel, and bucket. Limited to the first 150 rewards members in-store, while supplies last.
- The Home Depot: Kids can build a free Go Kart kit at Home Depot’s July Kids Workshop on Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 9 a.m. to noon. Registration is recommended, and kits are available while supplies last.
- Betty Crocker: Buy one qualifying Betty Crocker cake mix between June 18 and July 11, 2026, then submit your receipt to get reimbursed up to $3.99. Receipts must be uploaded by July 25, 2026; limit one per person and some areas are excluded.
